ecuflash PROBLEM!!

Another reason you can get that error is if your using an operating system other than windows 2000 or XP since the drivers do not work in any other version of windows.

However it doesn't do anything to affect the software's functionality if your playing with it.. The first time you plug in your new cable it'll register and install the files you need, then the next time you run EcuFlash the error will go away.
I can't get it to work. Do I plug in the cable in my laptop first then download the ECUflash program then plug it into the car?
How do I open the EcuFlash application? It asks me what program to open it with. I can browse or search the internet.
