So with all that has happened in the last few months when is Ecuflash 1.29 going to come out and what else have they found in the Ecu? Just wondering since 1.27 and 1.28 were about 2 weeks apart and I haven't heard anything in the last month or 2 about a new release.

Exactly, I just want to know if there is any now developments out there or something else we can access. I like 1.28 but there has to be more than this. I like the idle set for AC nd stuff but for the ever dreaded P0300 code someone has to know something, or some way ro filter out that code, and many others.

 

So I've let this thread soak for about 3 weeks. Anything?

 

Understand that the Definitions are independent of ECUFlash.. New definitions turn up all the time, and new tables are found all the time..

Colby will probably release a new version at some point, I know I have mentioned some things to improve the software, and I'm sure there are some bugs that need to be fixing.. But he made a good program that works well and is very reliable... The configurable options are all within Definition files for the Roms so adding functionality would be along the lines of doing things like Logging, Real-Time Tuning, and Map tracing. I don't know what he's planning on doing, just speculating, but the current release is real stable, so I have a feeling he may be working on new features.

Yes, but not in an organized fashion at the moment..

Here, www.aktivematrix.com, and www.openecu.org are the places to watch if there are new contributions..

The only current new one that I'm aware of adds the baud rate modifier "patch" that was just verified as functional..

The others are pretty static, but there have been some updates contributed in the forums that you can add manually. (High RPM Fuel Enrichment setting is an example)
