Hmm, did not get my mail yet, just checked, but I don't think I will bother with the upgrade right now, only thing I need is the knock count and Jacks load calc, and it sounds like the load calc does not work with .90 yet.

I really hope the ecu+ folks can get the mut going so they can log knock count rather than just knock voltage and the afr target for load calc............

I take that back, i did get the mail, but gmail spammed it for me....

I hope it wasn't too much work for you to make that dandy little tool.
MalibuJack,

I'm also wondering about this. I was wondering if you might be able to add some logic to your load calc program so that it looks for particular heading names rather than absolute column positions. That way, any arrangement of the data would work.

That is too bad. I provided the protocol info for both the LC-1 and LM-1 to him. He should have used the newer LC-1 protocol as it supposedly works for both units. If he used the older LM-1 protocol, it will not work for the LC-1.

Perhaps there is another problem...

I'm still wondering how you're integrating the wideband... the wiring... is there and output from the lm-1 (i have a zt2) that inputs into the cable for evoscan/ecuflash? Or am I totally missing something here

LM-1 Serial Cable out>Serial Cable In on Laptop

or if your laptop does not have a serial in (which many new laptops do not)

LM-1 Serial cable out> Serial to USB Converter Cable> USB in on laptop

I am not sure how the Zeitronics works but it is probably something similar.

It should be it is just that he did not have a LC-1 to test. Read my post above. The protocol is the same but the sub-packet format is different from the LM-1. He may have an error in that definition.
