If you look at your KS on the second log you will notice that the KS increases as you approach peak torque/boost. After that the KS goes down, but it is still there. To me that is a sign that you are running too much timing in that area. Do you have an AFR meter? What is your AFR in the peak torque/boost area.

could the road he was driving on been on a hill; first log downhill, second log uphill? Correct me if I am wrong but doesnt driving up a hill increase load? Maybe I am reaching with this?

No by load I mean staying in boost longer for example, your 1000-7000 rpm range will run out faster in first gear than in 4th gear. So that means the time that your are boosting is very short in 1st gear compared to the time you are boosting in 4th gear which lasts a while.
