I'm maxxed out. WTF

Did a lot of hardcore tuning last night because I finally got my wideband logging hooked up.

Consider this...
From 3000 rpm to 5000 rpm,
Across the range of 200 to 260 load,
My Target AFR is 7.4.
I can't add anymore fuel to this portion of the map.
This was at 20lbs of boost on 94 octane.
Air Temps were mid 50's F.

...While looking at this.

RPM TPS LOAD TIMING AFR KNOCK

I can't add anymore fuel to my map. How the hell can my AFRs be so high with my target AFR so low? I have a walbro, maybe that's the culprit.

Also do you have upgraded injectors? If so make sure that your injector scaling is correct. That can severly mess with your tune if injector PW is not right.

My injectors are stock. I havent modified the injector scaling at all.

using the IPW*RPM/1200 method, my duty cycles are only 52%

What are your fuel values in your actual base maps( I mean under full boost)? Also do you have an intake leaks or boost leaks anywhere?

My fuel values are, on average 7.4 with full boost. It's as much fuel as I can add with ECUflash. I have pressure tested my engine up to 1.6 bars of pressure without any leaks.

I think my Walbro is dying. I think I'm going to swap the stock IX pump back in.

That is indeed strange. It really sounds like you have an air leak somewhere. Hmm let me think on it some more.

That is not a bad idea. Let me know what you find.

I'll put my stock IX pump back in tonight and see if my AFRs richen out to what they're supposed to be. I'll update the thread then.

At 3000 rpm - 5000 rpm with the stock injectors and a relatively stock motor, there is definitely plenty of time to inject all the fuel that you could possibly want to add. A few thoughs:

1) Have you double-checked the calibration on your wideband?
2) There most be a problem with the way that you are trying to adjust the maps.

Not related to your fuel issue, but in looking at your logs, it appears that the timing in the 3000-4000 rpm range has quite a bit of advance. Is your timing map still stock?

I'm interested in seeing whats up too. I thought the 9's had multiple maps? Are you seeing any changes at all when you add fuel? I've never even looked a 9's map so I could be totally wrong

What's your octane number? 255?

I can't see the first pic you posted... not sure what it should be. Post your map.

You should be hitting more than 52% IDC. That's definatly a problem. Matter of fact, I'm surprised you're not way too lean with a value that low.

The timing in't aggressive. It's only 6* at 3k-4K rpm. That's with only 20psi of boost.

The calibration is correct on my wideband.
How is it possible that I can be adjusting my maps incorrectly?
