Got ya. I wouldnt run the allky untill the custom tune. You can get an EFlash for the cams though it wont be perfect but it should get them to idle ok and still make good power

I take it you don't have a wideband o2 sensor yet? The cams will probably cause you to lean out, mine did. with 272's at -2i -1e i got about .3 - .5 leaner depending on the rpm and load.

If you already have a tactrix cable, dl Malibu Jacks mitsu logger from aktive matrix and tune it yourself, of course you kinda need the wideband to do that.

already have the wideband and an EGT gauge. and i have the tactrix cable also. that logger is able to read off a AEM UEGO wideband? thats wat i have.

Sounds like you have everything you need, If it were me, I would tune it myself without the alky, then go see a pro for the alky tune.

borrowing a tune will require you to fine tune anyway so you may as well dive in. Turn the boost down a little, log some runs (keeping an eye on the wideband of course), tune for the load you are getting at that boost level, turn up the boost a little, log some more, fine tune for the higher load. rinse and repeat.
