i've sent my ecu all the way from Kuwait to Jestr for the mail in flash.

i was too afraid to do it and mess up my car. danggg .. im doing a reflash soon !

now all we need is a vid on how to data log :P

 

If you thought flashing your ecu was easy wait until you see how to log some pulls. It's a piece of cake! video coming soon.

Downloaded ECUFLASH. Just ordered Tactrix Cable. Awaiting Shipping. Hopefully all goes well. One ques though:

Do i have to have the restrictor pill removed? Obviously i've never done it before n am kinda scared to do it. but then again, i've never done ecuflashing either

Isn't that log with the car on showing logs from the last drive? That's what you send to them right?

 

When you're logging pulls you basically have mitsulogger running on your laptop with the tactrix cable connected to the obdii port in your car and you start out by driving your car slowly and when you get to 2nd gear around 2000rpm you basically floor it all the way until you hit redline. Mistulogger captures all the data from your engine when you are doing this. Repeat this for 3rd and 4th gears. Send the excel file to your tuner who can make adjustments for knocking.

do u have to take datalogs to get the flash?

if yes, do u need a different software for that or does the ecuflash software has this feature.
