Narrowband will repeatedly cross about 0.5 or 0.6V, response is virtually vertical at stoich.

Here is a log of my idle. Does my 02 voltage look normal for an idle of 14.7 AFR?

If it does that means I definitely have an exhaust leak.

Well, the O2 voltage is bouncing up and down like it's suppose to. If you drive around at a light load (such as cruising around 2.5-3k rpms), it should bounce up and down very quickly which means it's doing a good job of keep the A/F at stoich.

At idle, it should probably take ~5 seconds before the voltage/A/F goes rich-lean. That also means that it may be rich or lean for those 5 second timeframes. What does your A/F look like while at a light cruise? That'll probably be a better indicator as the response of the narrowband O2 becomes much quicker.

Here is a log of cruising, the 02 does oscillate more quickly.
If that means that the AFR is 14.7 that I think I probably have a leak

Although at idle the Wideband reads 16, but when cruising the wideband reads 15, so it seems like the leak has less of an effect when cruising, this makes me wonder if it would have any effect at all when WOT

If you find you don't have an exhaust leak.
You might want to try another wideband.
The one you have might not be reading the right values.

Are you using anything else on the vac line from fuel pressure solenoid to fuel pressure regulator, or from solenoid to plenum?

Have you hooked up a regulator to check the pressure?

I have confirmed my readings with two separate widebands.

I do have a boost gauge hooked up to the line that goes from the manifold to the FPR solenoid. However, I tried to temporarily run a line straight from the manifold to the FPR and that did not make a difference.

I need to know if those logs of my idle show the stock 02 sensor picking up 14.7
If they do it must be a leak.

Last question - If I did have an exhaust leak (one that is so small it only makes my wideband read 16-17 at idle) would it really effect the reading at all at WOT?

You would expect less of an effect the higher the exhaust flow. But these things are sadly not often clear cut.
