Although I doubt there will be enhancements other than quick bugfixes, this is a cool tool..

Map tracing in Mitsulogger will be very similar, I like the way this works and will model the map tracing after it. It will look at older logs in step by step fashion, but it will also show it in real-time if the logger is running.

For the time being, the axis on this version of the code is fixed, I suppose this can be "Enhanced" but I don't know that this would get updated.

The original author has provided the source code to be able to support and fix bugs, but I don't think he wants the app to be enhanced as he'd prefer new code be written from scratch to replace it. And I'm going to honor his request.

doesnt seem to work for me, just highlights some of the 260 cells. Perhaps due to me not logging the correct parameters in mitsulogger? Good stuff, thank you very much for sharing man. I suppose more 'functional' versions will arise soon enough as I'm sure MJ and Evo4mad are working on it. I believe Tom may be as well.

It parses through your log file and will highlight the cell that intersects with the RPM and Load of each line.

it's not working for me, it just highlights most of the cells in the 0 load and then does nothing....sucks because I'd really like to use it.

maybe you aren't logging some of the information it needs, load calc, knock etc..

does this only work with mitsulogger? tried a couple Evoscan csv files, highlights the cells but they have no value in them. ie everything is 0 but still highlighted.

Awesome tool none-the-less.

You have to log the RPM, Load, and knock values. The only way it can highlight a cell is if it has a cross reference of RPM/Load

you have to copy/paste your fuel/timing maps into maptrace... it has no way of knowing which tune you want to display in there

Hehe, good call Mellon. I didn't even think that they weren't pasting in their fuel/timing maps

What's the status of this map tracer? Is it still not setup for an Evo IX table?
