Currently:
93 oct with 80% W/M @ 25psi
4* peak (3800rpm)
12* 6000RPM
18* redline
A:F within 11.9 - 11.7 (except 11.5 at peak tourque)

Before:
93 oct with 80% W/M @ 25psi
10* peak (3800rpm)
13* 6000RPM
21* redline
A:F in 11's and much less refined

Both without knock but the current is more consistant. Here's the kicker - my rpm vs time is just as fast now (with less timing) with better AFR than with more timing, even now with it 80F outside compared to 40F

Thats the art in tunning, varying these three parameters to suit the cars mods, for max/safe power.

What boost pressures are you running with the above timing @ 3k? 8* is a lot of timing for near peak VE, unless you are running about 16-17psi. But, all engines and set-ups are different. So, this does not suprise me, if you are a competent tuner and know what you are doing. If you can run 8* @ 3k @ 24psi(in your sig), then you have one hell of a set up on 93 octane.

here is my timing for 93 octane. I'm running 23psi which lands me in the 245-250 load range, tapering to 22psi, which is in the 220 load range. Calculated load seems a bit low on my set-up....... i have verified my boost pressures using a MAP sensor as well as my GReddy Profec b SPEC II.

Good job on the conservative timing. I have my 93 octane map set up pretty much similar to yours, minus the 4* of block tuning that you have in one area of the map.

It seems to me that alot of people who log and tune their own cars are using this conservative approach to timing.

Here is my 93 octane map

trust me, you can go A LOT more. Yes, my tune is on the agressive side, but 93 octane is good gas. with nj1266's tune, its safe, and not toooo conservative on 91 octane.

i will post up my timing map later on tonight

I usually go lean during turbo spool up, 12.5-13.0 afr, at timing starting at 9* going down to about 5*, on 91 octane. This will get you the best torque.
