First person to answer this gets a . . .

High 5 Sorry, that was pretty lame.

I have a couple (actually more than that) of tunes for my car and was hoping someone could tell me how the following settings would affect my car.

The settings are from the desired ISCV initial step position . . .

I have posted a pic of both maps A & B.

Can someone explain how these settings would affect the car?

Thanks in advance,
Bob

Actually I have a really good tune in my car right now but the idle needs to come up just a little.

I noticed in this other tune I have that the ISCV values are different and was wondering how it affects the car.

MJ is the man for sure I have pestered him with many questions about all of this stuff.

to all who have made this flashing, logging, tuning stuff available.

To me this is a huge bonus to having one of these cars.

I'm not out to set any dyno records but it's cool that you can make adjustments that make the car smoother and make more power without getting your hands dirty!

that is idle speed valve control, it is used mainly to maintain engine idle while the engine is not under load.

I think the adjustments are just to control the small amount of air that moves thru the throttle plate while it is closed(at idle) not sure though.

Thanks mchuang, I guess I could copy and paste the idle settings to my current tune but am trying to find out exactly what this function does.

In my case tune "A" had great power and the best idle but no safety and was very aggressive as far as timing values.
