let's not get hung up on the number, I'm just giving some examples and the person that started the thread is clearly not having a fuel issue either if he's running a solid 11.1 AFR, his problem is timing, not fuel.
However, I'll revise my before mentioned statement to be more conservative.
The stock pump is typically adequate until you do cams, turbos etc.. installing an intake and exhaust is probably going to be fine, but do some logging to find out for sure or go ahead and install a fuel pump if you're concerned or plan on doing more mods later.
