Fuel-trim mid - Which Fuel Load cell used?
From what I understand, trims aren't connected to any cell value in the fuel map. They only affect closed loop, which should aim to hit 14.7:1 all of the time. The trims are just slight adjustments to the fuel to hit that 14.7:1 ratio.
When in Closed loop the ECU relies on the o2 Feedback to adjust fuel being delivered to maintain stoich 14.7 Afrs and not the Fuel map.
Once you are not exceeding +30/-30 from the 100 point (Evoscan) or +10/-10 (Mistulogger), you have nothing really to worry about since the ECU adjusts depending on a host of factors such as whether or not the AC is on etc.
