Idle speed adjustment not working ...
Like I said and what Gunzo followed with, you have to adjust both...ECU and the BISS at the same time. After my last re-tune, this is what my Tunner did and it worked. My Idle RPM is at 850, instead of 750 stock map, just enough to help with vibration and RPM dips.
I'm sure that mechanical adjustment can raise the idle ... but the ECU should be able to on it's own. It works on the VIII, plus the ECU controls the idle on cold starts. I have a feeling we are just missing something from the IX definitions.

I found one table last night. It looks like a "drive" table though which I think are not utilized.

The idle algorithm for the 9 is waaayyyy different than for the 8. For the 8, the idle algorithm is within a single subroutine. In the 9, its spread among at least 15 different subroutines, and the algorithm itself appears to be much different. I dissected it for a little while, but I have to stop now. I'll try to pick it up again this evening.
Here is the one previously undefined idle table that I found:
<table name="Some Desired Idle RPM" category="Idle" type="2D" address="3d82" flipy="true" scaling="RPM8">
<table name="Engine Temp" type="Y Axis" elements="8" address="70c2" scaling="Temp"/>
</table>
This can be inserted into the 88590015.xml file. Be sure to restart ECUFlash after inserting it. Let us know if adjusting it has any effect on idle.

Alrighty .. I made some logs. Basically, the desired idle neutral, drive, and the new one Mrfred found seem to have no effect on the actual or target idle according to EvoScan. The tables I tried can be found in the "desiredIdle01.xls" file.

Now, I did find that the target idle RPM the ECU requests is being met almost exactly. We just need to find the tables.

I haven't had a chance to look again for tables. My thought at the moment is that maybe the stepper tables need adjustment too. Have you tried making some change there just to see what happens?
I need to change my rpm also to bump it up from my S1 Cam install.
With AC on and pulling up to a stop light, I take it out of gear and rpm drops too low.
So, From what I gather the ix rpm fix is still in the works?
Any help would be appreciated.
TIA

I would assume for the AC we are looking for something similar to the adjustment on the VIII ...

This won't solve the basic idle adjustment issue, but it would be a start.
Thanks again for all that you guys do for the community!
