Hks 264 272

Hi!!
I got my cams intalled yesterday ( HKS 264IN 272EX no cam gears) and today i went on tuning runs but my maps did not change that much, i was able to add 1 deg of timing here and there and that's it. Does this sound right ?
So far i got : cams, TBE with test pipe , ported and coated EX manifold , ebay O2 housing , greddy profec spec 2 boost controler set at 23PSI, injen intercooler pipes , samco turbo inlet house with a blitz SUS cone filter, spearco intercooler , evo 9 DV.

Thanks!!

I would think the AFR characteristics would change with cams, also your engine load should be notably higher. I'm not sure what else should change with a cam install on an 8.

Do you have any on-road dyno, before/after, or logs to compare load differences ?

Well , the loads are not realy any higher ( my boost is still the same ) they just stay in the 240's almost to redline on a 4th gear pull , so the AFR's are off , but only about 0.5-0.3 of my actual maps.

Thanks.

That sounds about right for your a/f to be off by .5.
