Thanks for the responses, I really appreciate it. I think next up is a meth kit. Does 390 seem low for what I have?

it does seem low, do u have a intercooler? the stock with a 35r is way to restrictive. also i think a cam change would yield a nice power increase, u need more up top with that turbo.

r u also on the stock block? its a big turbo for a stock motor to push.if so i wouldnt push it to far, unless u plan on rebuilding the motor.

Yes, I do have an intercooler, the previous owner told me it was a Peakboost kit. There are HKS 264's in there now, do you think this is holding it back up top? The previous owner made 440 on pump at 25lbs and 502 on C16 at 30lbs. I'm not really concerned about how high the number is but I'm just wondering if I am where I should be at the current boost level.

I am on the stock block so I am not trying to push it too far. I just want to make sure I'm not down on power.

Sean Ivey and I agreed that 22 psi would be a safe 93 octane setting. I guess I could turned it up more but I didn't want to push it with only 93. With meth I'm thinking about 28 lbs.

I wasn't sure, the other day before the tune I pressure tested the car and it was making small bubbles out of the BOV vent. (The APS has an oval opening on the outside). When I tested later after I drove it it didn't do it. I'm gunna try it again to make sure.

And the BOV leaing I was talking about previously was due to the turbo surging in 5th gear.

I was getting surging @ low RPM with my 35r in 5th, 4th and sometimes even 3rd gear. I've been told that 280* cams are the cure for that but I sold them before I could test it out.

I didn't try it in 3rd or 4th yet. Thanks for the info.

Go for 280's 100%. Buschur has some Custom cams that'll make your car sing. 264's are in fact too small a cam for a GT35R.

The more I read the more I realize that they are too small for my car. I just don't want to have to deal with having to install new ones and have it retuned. I'll prob stick with these for now until I get the bug for more power.
