Ok the motorola sensor is looking good. I am trying to get 21-22psi across the board. I am almost there about my 4th try at setting the boost. If you look at the log at about 6300-6400 rpm I started to get about 3 counts of knock when I hit about 23.xx psi read by the motorola 3bar, I blame this on my ebay intercooler and the stock turbo, shootin nothin but hotair up there but the intercooler aint doing it up top lol..so I plan on getting a precision soon, but across the board the boost is pretty steady and I have a little to adjust the wgdc a lil bit and it should be fine. AFR is pretty smooth also. Tuning this on Valero GAS since it is the cheapest 93 octane and most abundant in my area hahah. The sensor works fine, though no problems yet 3 days so far knock on wood.

Are you sure that is calibrated accurately? I am not trying to be a jerk, I am just wondering if you calibrated it next to a dyno boost sensor or some kind of benchmark sensor.(not your in-car gauge)

Also, what set up are you using for boost control? I assume you are using th ECU, but what boost pills, and settings are you running to hold boost that long?

Thanks.

gm boost solenoid and the tuned the bdel bclo and the wgdc. Like I mentioned it may be about 1 psi off at most, but it seems to be fairly accurate. I have had this boost gauge since my car was stock and when it was stock I use to see the needle on the gauge hit 20 psi and then fall down to 16psi. I just use the gauge to really tell me if there is a taper or not and and it lets me know if I overboost cuz the needle will just shoot past so I know to letoff. 22psi at peak torque will not give you the same load as 22-23psi on the top end especially with the stock turbos efficiency. Next week I am going to buy a lma2 for my lm1 wideband so i can log boost from a sensor and match it. I am sure it is real close though.

Ill write up how to install it, but as far as setup your going to have to get key on voltage and then plot voltage points based on the sensors output hi 304kpa and low 20kpa so you can see the linear values and then just crossreference with a jdm sensor that is what I did, but I do not know if it is right, I know it is working so it must be lol Still no check engine and boost islooking fairly accurate. I really cant take credit for this all I did is look at a voltage chart that mrfred put in this forum and cross referenced voltage points so mrfred deserves all credit.
