ya, but here is the thing, i swear my timing gets pulled with just 1 count of knock. let alone 3. I have proof of this in multiple logs its ridiculous. Anybody else have a take on timing being pulled after just 1 count?

on my 8, I get some timing drop during high load at only one knock sum.

during a recent lapping event I did notice my low octane map adjusting my afr, unfortuneatly I wasn't logging octanes.

I have an idea that the low octane map becomes more prominent as load and stresses increase.

Search this particular forum, but this has been covered before. The ECU can pull timing after one knock count. There is a thread talking about that exact thing somewhere in the sands of EvoM .
