problem with load commanded vs/actual

here is where I am at.

I have done the Tephra mod version 7 with SD.

The car starts and idles perfect.
14.7-15.2 AFR with no knock. so I did something right......

I have done the big map conversion to timing, fuel etc... load 0-380

however here is what I notice today when I finally went to drive the vehicle and log.
While logging live it will show values that spread across all cells. 0-300load.

But when I review the log once it save. It will only show a load value up to 160.
Also it appears that it coincides with the same cells in the tune.

How come my pcm isn't using the full map?

the issue could be due to many things. my guess is that evoscan is not set up properly.

I guess the best question would be. What ratio is the best for getting you close to using the 0-380 map. IE 2byte to 1byte load set at 1.2? 1.4? 1.8? 2.0?

Evoscan needs to be the same as what you set in the ECU for load factor. I personally use 1.5
