Help: 2byte Airflow (96240008 RomID)

Little help,

So I've been trying to follow how to get unclipped airflow for the MAF on my 2004 Evo RS into Evoscan . Now I've been following this thread where they specify the values for the 94170008. I noticed some requestid02 and 03 values which matched mine and i tried them without success so i'm asking for help.

The Thread I referred to:

If you use 1.30 does your ID use the 96420007 xml? If so, and if your stepper lookup tables are incorrect then I may help you. If not, then your addresses are lightly different. My rom was 96420008 with the early releases of ECUFLASH but stepper table was wrong

96420007
39faa highbit 35298 (hex converted)
39fae lowbit 35299 (hex converted)

39FAA to 0x89E2
39FAE to 0x89E3

<table name="2 byte load high bit" address="39fa2" category="Misc" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="2 byte load low bit" address="39fa6" category="Misc" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="2 byte airflow high bit" address="39faa" category="Misc" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="2 byte airflow low bit" address="39fae" category="Misc" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

Can't figure out how to get 1.30 working for some reason it hates me, so i use 1.29a.

Is that in hex or just decimal?
