I think it is complete and total bull**** that Al does this. I also bought my car that was Dynoflashed. When I went to do some tuning I found it was locked. I right away called the person I bought the car from and they assured me it was Al.

I then called Al up and he said he does not lock them. Now everytime I make a change I run the unlocker. Not really a big deal, but I don't like not having complete control over my own stuff and Al lies directly to me about it.

It is very frustrating.
