An Idea on logging backpressure need some info and input.
Heat is the enemy. Mounting from collector would be really hard to control the heat. You can take the signal from intake manifold side. There is an EGR port that goes through the head to the intake side. You can tap the intake manifold to feed off that EGR port. You will still need to use about 3 feet of coiled copper line to help cool the gas. There isnt going to be any pressure difference taking the signal this way. Not significant anyway. You should also have a buffer inline to help control the pulsed nature of the signal. I would try a plug with about .080 hole.
Found a pretty interesting sensor, heard of it before never thought about it until now
At the bottom but I am sure any pressure sensor could work

This sensor will not be helpful. This is for measuring exhaust pipe pressure. The temps going through exhaust are 1/6th what they are pre turbine. The pressures are much lower as well.
The internet is your friend.
