Just a head's up, I think some of the definitions for the 94170015 xml file are a little off. You have the MUT table correct, but I don't think the addresses for the cel knock light and 2 byte load are correct.

I don't have the entire Tephra mod patch on my current xml file, but maybe these values can help for the rest of them in the 94170015.xml file that are a little off...

<table name="Flash CEL on Knock?" category="Mods" address="3fbec" type="1D" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="KnockSum Required for CEL" category="Mods" address="3fbee" type="1D" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="Min Load for CEL on Knock" category="Mods" address="3fbf0" type="1D" scaling="Load"/>

<table name="CEL on Knock flash time" category="Mods" address="3fbf2" type="1D" scaling="Flashtime"/>

And the address for the 2 byte load...

<table name="00 2 byte load" address="38062" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

<table name="01 2 byte load" address="38066" type="1D" level="1" scaling="uint16"/>

Hope these help a bit.

Sorry my fault, I was messing about with the timing scales, in the old xml, if you press + 10 times you'll get an increment as I was looking at getting the timing to work with 0.1 increments

Here's a couple of updated JDM VII files, with all the incorrect maps taken out.
