FYI - MY CAR STARTED RIGHT UP!!!!!. Haven't had a chance to go around the block yet, but this is a good sign!

I loaded it on my car, and initially it would just turn over and do nothing. With the immobilizer disabled, it would stumble for a moment like it was going to start, then just die instantly. Any idea on what I can test to get it working? I disabled all of the valet and auto-valet stuff, copied immob code, etc, but no luck

rish197, you have a 2005 MR, right? My car is a GSR w/ SSL, wonder if there is a difference between the two....

 

what did you do with your valet rev limit? With it left standard (114rpm) and all of the valet options disabled in the Mod Options area (Enable Auto-Valet = 0, Enable Valet = 0) the car would simply stumble and not start. I will raise the valet rev limit value to 3000 and see if this helps.

 

I disabled all of the "Mods" just to see if it will fire up, and it did. I am in the process of enabling everything, on at a time to see if anything fails. So far *knock on wood* no CELs.

Yes I have an 05 MR. Not sure what if anything would be different. I was using the 96940011 rom before.

 

Ok, post up with successes or if you reach a stumbling point.

 

Okay, just got back from trip....


Seems like everything is running. Did a few WOT runs, and didnt have any explosions I had the Valet mode, and AutoValet work fine. I got the slow and fast Knock light to show.

Didnt enable the alt map yet, but I have the cable, and will try to install tonight.

Also didnt try the NLTS yet.
