Twin BCS tuning?
Won't affect running a single 3 port solenoid as long as you put it on the connector that uses #2,5,7.
You'll be able to edit the original table(s) for the first channel that is always at 100% in the usual way. #2,5,7 are collapsed into one table that has a normal and alt version. Further on, I intend to put the alt version at least into RAM and copy it from ROM on reset to make it live mappable.
Regarding twin solenoids I wondered about that too - I think they would benefit from more extensive changes to the logic for boost control, maybe different gain tables for each solenoid/turbo, but we'll leave that for now as the twin solenoids are what have delayed 88570008 so far! Dave has sent me a v5 to test

ok so I am thinking of doing one of the following:
1) leave 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 seperate, merge 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, have an altmap for the merged 2
2) merge 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3, merge 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, have an altmap for the merged 2
3) merge 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3, merge 2/1, 2/2, 2/3, have an altmap for the merged 1 AND 2
4) merge 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 2/1, 2/2 and 2/3, have an altmap for that.
which one would the twin solenoid guys like?

ok - well 88570008 is the first ROMID I have seen with seperate WGDC routines for 1 and 2.
ok i will do altmaps for both Solenoid 1 and Solenoid 2 - should have it done @ work tommorow
Do you want to be the "keyholder" for 88570008 xml john? I think MrFred is looking for ppl to update the XML's and send to him to inclusion in the next ecuflash release
