I bet that FPgreen felt great at 33psi!

I'm going to have to put C16 in my Evo this year and go for broke on the dyno just for the hell of it.

It's just what the maf is reporting to the ecu. If your runnig on the rich side at WB compared to AFRMAP, perhaps the airflow signal is on the high side or there's a leak somewhere. If the opposite is occuring maybe your pushing the limit's of the system's range of opporation and you need to adjust some other parameter to fudge the ecu's preception of load.

Can you change the 319% limit in ECUFLash by changing the scaling from uint8 to uint16 so we can go above the 319 limit?

I looked at a couple of other logs on C16, and 30psi I was at 333. I know its an EvoScan reporting error but it showed a boost spike and load spike to 399? I did the old fashioned double check formula to see what it was actually and using Hz/rpm*852 it was just 328 but I still find it odd that it showed that.

I don't think so ... that limit has nothing to do with the scaling set in the XML. It's an actual limit set in the ECU. It would require a ROM patch.

EDIT :: Here's an idea ... what are the chances of changing the address of the fuel cut load variable to another entry (much like Mrfred's boost control changes) ... maybe the actual desired load value? So the fuel cut value would always be the desired load value and then you could set the delay for overboost control.

I had a 2.3L with cosworth head and GT35R hit 312 load and 2450 airflow on 91 oct and 23psi a couple weeks ago.

It's coming back in tomorrow for 91 + Meth. Will be interesting to see what load and airflow it hits with the wick turned up.

How do you know that? Since its 2byte, wouldn't its highest value be 65535*.3125? I can totaly be wrong, just asking.

we hit 387 i believe it was, kreionic saw the logs, as did JESTR

stock maf, gt35R with 73 lbs/min comp wheel (gt67) and 30psi on pump...

pinned from 4600-8000 rpm

Set to 1638375ms.

You might also consider changing the intake filter to a more "quiet" unit and retune.

You can also use a MAF signal altering device like the SAFC to remove fuel "reducing the MAF signal" and then add back in the fueling in the ECU programming itself.

Yeah, it pegged at 379.6875, though the ECU is able to output all the way up to 209,000%. So that means a signal that the MUT2byteLOAD is derived from maxed out. Anyone know what variables are used to calculate the 2byte load? I'd assume the MAP and MAF are the main contributors, with MAF being the biggest contraint here, yes?
