Question Maximum ignition retard for IX

Is there a limit for how low my ignition advance can be on the stock ECU?

Say can i go down to -40 degrees or something?

I read somewhere that there is some value on the VII's ecu that says how low timing can be, but i didn't find anything similar for the IX.

Thanks.

Also, no matter how low I go, it doesn't seem evoscan reads lower than -10...

no matter what I tried i can never get the stock ecu retard lower than -10,
I have even found the maximum timing retard table and set it to its lowest setting but the timing never drops lower than -10,
I am doing some more testing tomorrow.

cool.. let me know.. i'll be waiting.

I remember someone posting something about the ECU going lower than -10 but that it would only show as low as -10...

Not sure about that though.
