Im planning to remove my rear o2, i have my wb going in there. So i just have to do this patch https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/7302686-post267.html on my rom and be done with it? I had read somewhere about heat issues on the plug after removal of the sensor from car.

Patch: (Then set the value from 1 to 0 on the rom image?)

<table name="Heater CEL" category="Rear O2" address="2E6AC" type="2D" level="2" scaling="blobbits">
<table name="Bit values" type="Static Y Axis" flipy="true" elements="8">
<data>N/A</data>
<data>N/A</data>
<data>N/A</data>
<data>N/A</data>
<data>Rear O2 Heater CEL Enable</data>
<data>N/A</data>
<data>N/A</data>
<data>N/A</data>
</table>
</table>

Thanks.

yes, the one you posted takes care of the heater, no issues. after you applied the rear o2 sim (or simply uploaded a tephra rom) AND did rear o2 heater disable you can remove rear lambda from the car, no cels, no nothing.

I copied and pasted the patch to my XML file and I keep getting a phrase error? Has anyone else experienced this? I'm inputing the test just as it's written? I don't understand what going on here.

Any help? Thanks. I'm using 1.42 ecuflash on windows 7
