I didn't want to bother the neighbors so I didn't try it yet. All of the tephra mods are turned off though. Everything is set to 0.

Tephra helped me figure it out. I thought having Auto Valet set to 0 would mean it was turned off. After holding the pedal down for a few seconds it started and drove no problem.

Check engine light came on after about eight miles. The scanner we have at work wasn't able to pull up any code though, which was odd. With the light on and everything it said there was nothing stored. I don't know how to manipulate EvoScan to check that, so I just switched back to the stock ROM for now. I'll play with it this weekend when I have more time.

That ScanTech is pretty awesome.

P0136 Bank 1 Sensor 2 Circuit Malfunction is the code.

Isn't this the one that the tephra mod prevents? I would assume so since my patched 11 file doesn't set it off, but this one does. I changed the setting from 0 to 1 to see if that will do the trick.

How do I go about disabling auto valet? I have the value set to 0 but I still have to push the pedal. Not the end of the world, but I'd prefer not to.

enable auto valet on fresh ignition set to 0 and set enable valet mode to 1. this will give you the valet feature with out having to press the gas pedal every time you start your car.

Ahh thanks man. How do you enable valet mode, car off ignition on, pedal down?

What do I put in the box for rev limit? I would imagine 3000 or so is more than enough.

Any ideas on the check engine light?

Actually I noticed too that my high and low octane ignition maps weren't the same. They're both modified, but I didn't get that. I never noticed that before. I would assume I'd be fine copying the high into the low still.

the only code i got was the p0505 idle. i took care of that using evoscan and setting the base idle.

The maps shouldn't be the same unless you or someone else made them that way. There are guys that make the high/low maps the same for consistency. I haven't done that yet till I see a problem. I do believe that Dave's V6 does away with the low maps but i need to reread to see what all new features he has added.

are you running a test pipe and an anti-fouler? wideband in place of the rear o2? If your oem sensor is in place then you shouldn't set a code. try enabling the rear o2 sim in the tephra mods. this will replicate the voltage the ecu wants to see. however it doesn't take care of the heater circuit.

My understanding was for tuning purposes most people made them the same like you mentioned, for consistency. Otherwise I feel it would revert to the low octane one quite frequently. Plus unless you switched gas on the dyno the car wouldn't actually know the difference between two so there really wouldn't be a reason, would there.

Stock sensor is still in place. I patched the stock ROM because I was getting a rear o2 sensor code and everything was fine. I switched back to 11 and its still that way. I set he o2 simulator to 1, so I'll go reload it with some recent changes and see what happens.

I changed nothing but 1 for enable valet and my car wouldn't start. I tried putting it back to 0 and it still wouldn't start.

I just put my old ROM back in. I think I'm done trying with all this stuff. Very frustrated.
