I read the "How to tune an evo" but i want to know how do you make this when is a new project. That means you have a new engine (different pistons, conrods, head gasket - slightly bigger compression), different turbo (GT3040), different exhaust system and intake system(UICP, LICP, intake manifold, bigger throttle body), different fuelling (new injectors:1000cc, 2 pumps, bigger fuel rail), new cams with springs and Ti retainers and mechanical followers.
What is the best order to start tuning things, not to do the same thing twice?

I would, in almost any circumstance, start with a totally stock ROM. The first thing you will have to do is to tune the bigger injectors, and get them running correctly. When the motor is not in boost, esentially it isn't too much different than stock.
First, I would scale the injectors, and tune the latencies, all the while making sure the AFR's aren't really getting too astray. I might be adpt to kill the timing in the low load low rpm area due to the slightly bigger compression, and go from there.
Really, your project, despite the differences from stock, shouldn't be any more difficult than tuning an evo without all those parts.

Yes i read that thread. But i was curious how do you get in the position when you can make pulls with the car. So you take the stock timing map.
I have another question, if i set the injectors, the afr map can remain the same and the afr of the car will remain the same also (in the case of perfect match in latencies and scaling of the injectors)?
Ok. And i do this by logging the fuel trims, yes?
That's all??? After that you can do pulls and set the afr, timing and than boost?

Make sure you are not getting in over your head, that is alot of changes to tune for, good luck!
