Ekcutek ROM compatibility with ECUFlash????

First of all thanks a lot for answering all my concerns and questions.
To summarize and for the benefit of others the recommendation and best way to go would be:

I would make the changes to the boost table for ECU Boost Control. The car will be tuned by my local tuner who uses EcuTek for programming. In the event that I need to make any changes to the programming I will use ECU Unlock with ECUFlash to read, modify and if required write back to the ECU. (The ECUTek license will not be affected and if required in the future my tuner can still read the ECU and make more changes after I have modified the ROM with ECU Unlocker and ECUFlash).

Am I correct or am I missing something?

Yep, that's correct, except I think you meant ECU Unlocker instead of ECUTek in the last few words of the last sentence.
