I found a EVO IX modified map on aktivematrix.com and reflashed my friend's evo IX to see how it runs
after reflashing the ecu, the car won't start
I got frustrated
so I called my tuner and he said you are not suppose to use other vehicle's map in another vehicle b/c each evo has different immobilizer #.
Luckily, I saved the stock rom and use the ecu unblocker to reflash the ecu with stock rom.
This may seems stupid to some of you, but I am sure there are still others out there don't know.

you can just copy your immobilizer code to it or just copy the tables one by one...that is if you really want to. I wouldnt leave it on for more then a day though...maybe just experiemental.
yeah luckily you actually saved your stock rom. thats the first thing all the tutorials tell you to do - backup the stock rom.
you have no idea how many newbies come in here saying they lost their immobilizer and never backed up their rom.
