Inconsistent pulls

I've been trying to tune on e85 lately and have been running into problems. At first my plugs were gapped too big, misfires. Lowered them, misfires but then fixed that up by putting in stock heat range plugs gapped at .024". They work just fine now.

But...I am getting inconsistent logs of my WOT 3rd gear pulls. One pull would have no knock at all, another with a few, then one with bunch of knocks and then another with no knocks. It randomly repeats itself. Here are some of my logs in excel logged with Mitsulogger. These are back to back runs (4 total).

I've been lowering AFRs and timing over and over...not much difference.
Am I running too lean on e85? The AFRs are not consistent too. Timing is pretty consistent until I get knock. I am asking for some help...so please help?

Help? Need this figured out. I'm doing the best I can. This will be a reference for future E85 tuners.

Timing and fuel is just toooooo jumpy and inconsistent.

Spool up needs ( looks lean ) to be looked at cause your knocking there which is causing an onset throughout the band.

Need wideband AFR's, and are you getting consistent timing numbers pull to pull? What are your IDC's at, are you out of fuel perhaps?

Figured it out. It was the AFR's. The fuel map is inconsistent and jumps all over the place like Phenix said. I changed the spool up AFRs and I have consistent pulls now.

Now I fixed the spool up to be richer but under WOT pulls starting from 1st, it misses...

Injectors are scaled to 609 now. I guess my map is too rich but I don't know how rich. My AEM Uego doesn't read below 10:1. What AFRs are usually run with E85?

This crap takes up so much fuel...haha
I'm on my 2nd tank of tuning because I'm a noob at this.

on e85 cruising a/fs should be 9.75 on the fuel table and boost should be like 6.5.

You rescale the injector smaller so you can use normal numbers in the table.. You can't even put a number less than 7.4 in there
