my car got slower

I have a 2003 evo 8 with a tbe, intake, and boost controller. I bought the car and it was tuned at a local shop with ecu flash and I turned down the boost for the winter to around 19psi and then in the spring I turned it back up to 22psi and I got my car dynod at a dyno day at a shop and made alot less then I did when it was first tuned. After the tune it was at 255awhp and now its at 212awhp. Could the tune just go away because I had the boost lower over the winter? Any idea's?

No I didnt, I know that the numbers were gonna be lower on the second dyno but I talked to the owner and said that even 100% stock evo 8's were making around 215-230awhp

Do you have a Tactrix cable and EvoScan?

If so, feel free to send me some logs ( Christian@ShamelessTuning.com ) or post them here for us to look at.

Was there a big difference in temperatures between the 2 dyno runs?

Agreed on posting some logs up its posible that the extra boost. Is making the car knock thus pulling timing.

Log that bad boy and send the logs along with you map to a vendor of your choice and your car will be happy again

When I log, what should I check for the info? I know to log the knock sum, but is there anything else I should check? What is a normal knock count?

I talked with some local guys about my tune, I did some logs and sent them that and my current map and they said they look fine, my boost gauge might be off, so Im gonna try turning it up even more and just watching if I knock anymore.

Ive already done that but im gonna do that again, cause I just got done logging the car at 25psi and it felt no difference and there was no knock at all. I even switched to a stock tune and turned the boost down to 20 and there was no difference on that either. So next thing Im trying is a boost leak test again!

If I see 25psi on my boost gauge, doesnt that mean 25psi is going into my engine? I found out that even at 25psi, im still running really rich!
