Suggestions to improve efficiency to minimize knock and maximize timing

So after getting a Perrin EBCS and finally getting my boost characteristics to stabilize, I've been trying to get my tune going. JB got me set up with a great map to start and cleaned up my MIVEC and what not, but I feel that getting a Tactrix cable, Wideband O2 sort of makes me somewhat accountable for my own tuning.

Anyways, I need some help!

Mods:
Injen Intake (Changing to Apex'i Intake with Induction Box)
Injen Intercooler Piping (Changing to ETS or Greddy or some type of piping to allow for stock placement of piping and battery)
FP Evogreen Turbo
GSC S1 MIVEC Cams
Denso 720cc Injectors
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump
Denso 1 heat range colder plugs
eBay O2 housing
3" Downpipe
Mil.Spec 100cps High Flow Cat
Cobb Tuning 3" Exhaust

Right now I've gotten my boost to be right where I want it... 26psi @ 4000rpm 25psi @ 4250rpm holding until 7000rpm and falling to 23psi by redline.

My AFR is 12.0 during spool, 11.8 at max boost and trailing to 11.6 by redline.

The maximum timing I can do by the time the turbo is spooled up is like 4*, peak load I'm down at 0*, and by 5000 rpm i have to be down at 2* or I start knocking.

Where's my bottleneck at this point? Are there things to tweak in my tune? Or are there mods I should be worrying about?

Here is what I was thinking of getting:
ETS Short route IC piping w/ small battery
ETS 3" Intercooler
Tubular manifold or ported stock manifold

Looking forward to some feedback... I Help me pull my car out of the 340-350 whp range and up into where it should be!

Thanks!

I would think your exhaust is probably the biggest restriction (quiet exhaust with resonator and a cat). Do you have a LICP? That can sometimes free up some HP if the rest of the system is flowing good. I'm betting if JB gave you a MIVEC map for the GSC's your probably good there.

this is an VIII?

logging 2 byte load?

I'm am sure JB would get you fixed up, but to tinker with, besides the advice already given, drop the timing a bit before the actual knock is seen. You may be preparing the car for knock by asking to much in advance.

you are starting the wot at what rpm?

yes it's a 9... i usually start my runs at 2500.

would it be better to start at higher rpms?

also, would switching to an ETS IC pipe kit help much? I already started with Injen and i'm sure ETS is better with the short route but I'm down like 25-30 hp from what i was hoping for with my mods...

Usually high boost and low timing creates high EGT's. I would try lowering your boost down to 23-24psi and see how much timing you can put on it. What are you seeing at 7k? Your timing at 5k should be quite a bit higher.

As far as bottleneck its not your exhaust either. The cobb is all 3in and that 100cell wont really rob anything.

Sweet, I'll give that shot (after the wedding) and see how it goes.
