I would rather just figure out how to make an adapter for the GM BCS. Too expensive IMHO.

Would this tactrix solenoid require tuning fewer items on Ecuflash or would it still be the same as the GM 3 port, because if so then the GM 3 port is a much better deal considering it's nearly a 1/3 of the price.

the ONLY difference between the GM3port and tactrix is the later just "plugs" in, ie its plug and tune..

the GM 3port WILL require soldering/cutting factory harness..

u pay for the easy of installation.

It plugs into the factory boost control solenoid plug. No splicing or wiring needed.

I wonder if that is what tactrix is doing.

GM solenoid is still much cheaper. I wonder if we can find somewhere to source those plugs.
NIce. Finally a plug and play 3 port.

Maybe you can figure out where they're gettin those plug, bryan?

I could care less about the solenoid itself but the fact that its plug and play is really exciting. I wonder how we can get a hold of the connector so we can make a pigtail that would allow plug and play for any solenoid you want.

I agree the plug and play solution is nice, however a good compromise for the guys that don't want to cut the OEM harness is to just vampire tap it with good taps.

It works great, we've done it that way in track cars with no issues over two seasons now.

Wow, over $100 for a 2 position, 3 way solenoid. That's more than cheap OEM parts. Must be durable German craftsmanship.

Lower priced 2 position, 3 ways can be had for under $40 if your don't mind a lower quality part that will still work all the time: http://www.labontemotorsports.com/st...ow/BBK-10.html

I wonder how this would work then if I am considering doing the GM 3 port as my boost control but also wanted the boost bypass safety feature of the Labonte kit. Can both features be used that way from the GM 3 Port?
