Tactrix Boost Control Solenoid (Plug-n-Play for Mitsu)
Would this tactrix solenoid require tuning fewer items on Ecuflash or would it still be the same as the GM 3 port, because if so then the GM 3 port is a much better deal considering it's nearly a 1/3 of the price.
the ONLY difference between the GM3port and tactrix is the later just "plugs" in, ie its plug and tune..

It's a prodrive 3 port solenoid. They have been used on subarus for years.
I checked the subaru plug this weekend and it's the same as the Mitsu one except the one raised line is on the opposite side. If you file it down you are good to go.
I wonder if that is what tactrix is doing.
GM solenoid is still much cheaper. I wonder if we can find somewhere to source those plugs.

I could care less about the solenoid itself but the fact that its plug and play is really exciting. I wonder how we can get a hold of the connector so we can make a pigtail that would allow plug and play for any solenoid you want.
I agree the plug and play solution is nice, however a good compromise for the guys that don't want to cut the OEM harness is to just vampire tap it with good taps.

Wow, over $100 for a 2 position, 3 way solenoid. That's more than cheap OEM parts. Must be durable German craftsmanship.
