There are absolutely no problems tuning a car without balance shafts.

Just the fact that its a "built" motor doesn't make it noisy...

Uh oh tom tom.... i know all you're specs now!!!!!!!

If it's built and balanced well you should have no issue tuning a bshaft deleted motor with the stock Ecu.

If it's not built well, it will be a nightmare.
