re-flash question

mods are in my sig for the most, my ams licp will be in this week, i have the tactrix cable, however i want a different tune and will need on ei am thinking after pipe install i have my current log from a month ago but looking for something to spice it up somewhat what do i need to read the air fuel and where can i get it

To read the air fuel you will most definitely need a wideband 02 sensor and controller. The most common ones I've heard of people using are Innovate LC1, Innovate LM-1, AEM UEGO and Zeitronix zt-2 which is what I'm currently using.

so something like that aem uego for around $300 , and i ahve heard of mountign it on the downpipe a little past the turbo?

just cos your installing a licp you dont really need a retune...get more mods before you pay for a retune

yeah, you would just be throwing away you money once if you try to tune each time you add a mod.

alright thanks for the input, just a little new to the evo, i've modified a lot fo cars with head work etc in the past just never really any computer tuning etc

out of all the widebands i have looked at most of the popular ones aem ugeo, innoative etc, is there one to avoid or one that is better or easier to use etc
