Br350 evo 9 will not read rom

so my buddy has a Br350 evo 9 and i can not read rom to rescale is injectors, it tells me to enter ecu case number and something else any ideas

Might be Ecutek breakage, if it's from Buschur? Try this to see if you can get any further.

Flipped around the ID. It's probably a 15 variant.

Wasn't there just a big discussion on cockbags that lock ECUs?

I am pretty sure that DynoFlash did the ECU re-flashes on the BR350. In which case the ECU is most likely locked. You need the ECU unlocker program. It can be downloaded for free from AktiveMatrix.
