Carbon fouled plugs after a short trip...
So when i need to move my car from my driveway to my garage, i start it up, pull it in, and shut it off.
Next time i go to start the engine, it wont start and the plugs are fouled:

This is the second time this has happened, i did not know the milage on the plugs the first time around but this time i know that the plugs are 6 month old 10k mile old
NGK OEM's for the IX.
.... What could i look into with ecu flash to correct this issue? Do i just need to let it warm up EVERY start/stop (annoying?) ? This is my DD, and i am pretty new to ECU flash so take it easy on me
Also, my car has a drop in filter, works DP, Perrin HF cat, and Greddy exhaust.... running off of ecu controlled boost

That happened to me as well. My car was at the body shop so they would move it in the lot 3-4 times a week to get other cars out. About 3 weeks into it, the car wouldnt start. changed plugs, fired right up but shot out tons of black smoke. Let your car run for about a min next time and it wont do this. no idea why but my car has never done it since.
2 byte load and ecu controlled boost...
Only upgrades are drop in filter and 02 back exhaust.
Filter doesn't look clogged, but i will replace that just in case.

did you get a ecuflash tune? it looks like your cold start is set up for to long/ to warm. do you have a mod to your coolant system?
I'd look into leaning the start up cells on the fuel map, till the car warms up it is supposed to be in open loop. A little more timing might help too?
This may be a normal condition, just that no one else starts and then shuts it off like you are doing.

I bought my car used w/ 27k miles... custom tune by TTP and further tuned by the old owner.
I have no mods done to cooling system..
Could someone suggest by how much to adjust AFR / Timing on these cells? I would not know what to log... and 50 bux for 4 plugs is an expensive test

hi octane fuel, about five or six "+" hits up to about 1500 rpm and 30 load.
either way a 16 or so can't do you any harm you can't turn back from. maybe up the timing to around 7 , most likely won't help as you don't sit there long enough to heat up the cylinder. So go for the fuel adjust.
this will be muted help at best, but its all I can suggest.

Why is your low octane fuel map leaner that your high octane map? Your timing map looks bad too. Who ever has tuned you car doesn't know what they are doing so who knows what other maps are wrong. You would be best to flash the stock ROM back.
