Read My Plugs

I am an EVO newb... Not too sure how to read my plugs... maybe you can offer me a suggestion.

After three 2 minute trips in ~20 degree weather yesterday, i went to pull my evo in the garage and it started bad and sputtered into my garage. I figured it was some cold weather bug, but when i went to start it this morning ( in my garage at around 40 degrees) it wouldnt start.

Battery looks good(tried using jumper pack), engine cranks hard, i smell fuel BUT no start. Plugs were wet and smelled of gas.. but i did try to crank it about 10 times today...

Do you think i could have flooded the engine with my quick trips in the cold weather, and not letting the engine get to temp? Right now i have the plugs out and i am hoping the gas will evaporate and things will be all better...

Anywho.. Can you give me some advice on these plugs:

Thanks!

Those plugs are fouled from fuel or oil or both. Check your tuning.

I may need to hire your help as the car i bought was tuned by you! ( i believe he used your tune as a base and added ecu controlled boost though)

There is no telling what combination of parts is in the car now. Many will buy an eflash, than change a number of things, not limited to intake which is a big no-no. Something as simple as a boost leak would cause a major rich condition into the 9's AFR.

Actually he was really knowledgeable about tuning, DanInPA if you remember him.

Only extra parts are a drop in filter, and a turbo back exhaust. Boost peak at 21 psi. maybe some cold weather tuning is in order, since that seems to be what put the plugs out of their misery.
