Engine Load %
Sorry for being such a newbie but I was wondering how engine load % is determined by the ECU. When ever I see a Fuel or IGN Timing map it's always RPM / Engine Load %. Is engine load determined by the MAP, MAF, & TPS readings? Or is it just simply the MAP??
Thanks in advance

I have a Greddy Informeter that hooks up to my OBD2 port and it shows MAF %. The values are from 0%-300%, is this the same as the Engine Load % the ECU maps are referring to? The highest numbers it reaches in 3rd gear is around 250% @7500RPM 18psi boost.
mmmm not really...
You can "correlate" the PSI from the MAF, but its not an exact science.
If you want to know what load cells your car is hitting you need to log 2byte load.
Not sure what progress has been made on the X yet in this regard...
