EVO Drive Cycle for OBD-II emissions
If the tune isnt right it wont work on the readiness monitors. These arent like a Honda or Toyota and really need driven. They are good to go as soon as the key is on and the car has gone through its checks.
OK, so back again. It was not ready and now I am on my 2nd set of temp tags. drove it for 2 weeks, still not ready. checked the drive cycles at the beginning of this thread, tried them each multiple times, drove around for 2.5 hours, went back to echeck, still not ready. Spoke to an echeck guy, he said some cars need to be driven 3 weeks before they will be ready. I printed out the drive cycles from the manual, all 22 paterns; some seem impossible given it is november in Ohio. cold start with ambient air temps being too high. IDK. I have a number for a guy I'm gonna call, see what he says. anyone have any ideas??
I get what you are saying, but as far as what to actually do i have no clue. Do you know of any resources I can read to help me learn further? What I don't want is to get in there and end up screwing everything up.

I am currently going through the same issues and am also in Ohio. Did you ever end up getting it to pass echeck and if so what did you have to do to get the monitors to pass. My cat monitor wont show ready I have tried the force patch and it did not help.
Did you ever get this sorted out Steve?
