If I were to increase the latency, wouldnt that cause the idle trim to go further into the negative, and the cruise to move closer to 0?
Increasing latency is adding fuel at that voltage, decreasing is taking away.

To my understanding, this should not be possible unless something is physically wrong with the fuel system. I am now thinking I either have a clogged injector or fuel pump filter is clogged or is not in the correct position which is impeding fuel flow. Does this seem feasable?
It is possible and one of the joys of scaling injectors. It sounds like your injectors weren't scaled properly on 91 and now that you put E85 in, it's really compounding the issue.

Since your idle trim is negative, take some latency away. Since the cruise trim is positive, take some scaling away.

Make sure you add some fuel in the upper part of your table also. Even after smoothing in ~10% (I think, based on Jack's post in another thread) extra fuel in the upper cells I was running a little lean
(thats in regards to things not feeling right past ~15psi)

Good point, never was able to log my afrs on e85 since my wb broke. Got that fixed now, and fixed an exhaust leak as well.

Unfortunately my work schedule is chaotic for the time being, so it will be a few weeks till i get to play with my fuel trims again. I am back on my 91 tune and injector scalings, and everything is fine...its nice to be able to boost again, driving a prancer sucks

Once I find some free time, i will do some tests on 91 with the latencies i was using with e85 and see if i can get them leveled out.

BTW, I have 4.5gal of e85 in the garage in a VP jug, how long will I be able to store it without having to worry about water absorbtion/contamination?
