So I have flashed my car several times and tonight I was gonna do a quick run with some race gas, went to pop in my map..... but it just would not make a connection and my laptop just wouldn't recognize it.... so I wonder if the cable just went faulty all of sudden or what? Hopefully the problem doesn't have anything to do with the ECU itself...

Has anyone else had similar problems???

Yeap. Just has a problem too. Have flashed my car hundreds of times but now suddenly it wont recognise the init. Sees the cable, Evoscan works flawlessly, but just cant flash the car, read or write. I am suspecting the extra white connector has a bad connection within the cable.

 

Also the car is logging just fine.... evoscan is working perfectly but I can't read or write with ecuflash? Any ideas???

Also from my understanding it should have an FFFFF error code when it starts the initial sequence if the ecu is locked... But I can't even click write/read ecu because its grayed out won't even allow me to click it...

 

Mine miraculously started working again. Un and re installed the software and back into operation. Weird!
