Scott, the owner of TTP Engineering in Orlando, tuned my Evo 8 this past Friday. When I drove up to his shop there were 5 Evo's in the parking area and 4 in the shop on lifts or on the AWD Mustang dyno. That in itself was a comforting feeling. My 05' GSR Evo had a Buscher TBE w/ high flow cat and a drop in K&N filter with a stock ECU (I had taken off the Exede unit some time ago). It's base line max was 268 HP @ 6575 rpm. Scott suggested that I have a Walbro fuel pump installed for safety, add a manual boost control and a Forge BOV which he did. After 5 pulls and tuning it made 343 HP @ 6408 rpm with 347 lb/ft of torque at 4163 rpm. All these were corrected values. Uncorrected were 253 HP (before) and 319 HP (after) respectively. I had no idea dyno tuning would make this much difference.
good to hear they take care of their customers... I am actually looking into purchasing a EVO in the next few months and i will only trust them around here to do my work as i hear nothing but compliments... They took care of my friends car... Jorge (RIP) and he was very happy with it..
keep it up TTP

To the OP! Tuning is what makes a difference on the parts you put together. If they were selected correctly.
I am glad you are happy with the outcome. In all honesty.... +1 on having your pump upgraded and very substantial gains for small amount of mods.
Congrats!
