Ok so it is boost cut!! Well I was at the track the other day and running my c16 tune And I thought that I would remove my hks filter to get more air and in 3dr gear over 7000rpm it hit cut...

Hmm. My Boost Limit table has 255 from 3000-5500, then slowly drops off. However, I've logged load in that range above 290 repeatedly without hitting boost cut. Is it as straightforward as it looks?

2byte load? or loadcalc?
it needs to exceed the 290 for 1000ms (or whatever u have in the timer value)
also 2byteload is higher OR lower than the load used by the boost limit routine (within 20 anyways)

What can be done if you are exceeding the 319 load and encountering boost cut? I just converted the car over to E85 (great stuff) and have been doing some 30+ psi tuning and encountering boost cut at around 5.5k rpms in 4th. Re-scale the MAF or just increase the timer?
Edit: It looks like I can just max out the timer to avoid this..... grrr I hate when the search function isn't working.
