Hamish - I dont think priority is working properly

I set TPS priority = 3, and it gets updated every loop...

 

ok sweet, I'll work on it now,

1) Hotkeys are now re-written using different windows apis, and now works in XP, Vista and Vista64bit
2) Vista64bit Zeros problem turned out to be my obfuscation compiler, I changed to a different obfuscator compiler product but still the issue is there I'll get to the bottom of it tonight.
3) HP/TQ wont have any enhancements to it until EvoScan v2.7 which I will rewrite the whole HP/TQ section. I am currently focusing on reflashing and maptracer for v2.6
4) Priority, i had the same issue when I tested it too, I guess I should just do one thing at a time, before moving on to the next

Hi Hamish. I just redownloaded the v2.6 zip, but the hot-keys still don't seem to be working. Were the changes you made in the zip that's available, or only when the final version is released?

Also I have been having a number of problems with 'exiting' sometimes it throws an exception with some weird characters - and it never quits.

I have to manually kill it

 

possibly a very simple answer, however im very new to the evoscan software. is it possible when veiwing a log either in real time or playback to adjust the resolution so to speak eg if im only interested in seeing the coolant temp variations between say 60-70 degrees rather than the full scale of 0- max? if this is possible how is it done. thanks in advance

dlls now built into the exe (please delete these two files from the directory as they are built into the exe now): FTChipIDNet.dll and TrackBar.dll

I am currently working on these new data items for EvoScan:
GPS_Latitude
GPS_Longitude
GPS_SatelliteTime
GPS_Speed
GPS_Bearing
GPS_HDOP

 

Press Ctrl-E to edit a dataitem to set each item logging priority, during periods inactivity it will log to the csv the last known value. A value of 10 will mean it will only update every 10 loops. a value of 0 or 1 will mean it will update every 1 loop.

can i ask 2 possibly very dumb questions, is there an appropriate thread for evoscan noobs to ask the silly questions like how to change guage layouts so the only contain data items i want rather then the default etc. and also i have tried downloading the latest version but it wont work when i click on the icon it displays "Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\SavedSettings\EvoScan.xml'. " it will then open the evoscan software but there are no data items populated??? once again sorry for asking what may seem like stupid questions but im trying to learn it to get the most out of it.
once last question does your latest cable support the ayc abs functions without needing the mod described on your homepage if it cant whats it worth for a cable that can

downloaded it to you desktop, you need to extract the evoscan.exe into your c:\program files\evoscan\evoscan v2.5\ folder.

 

Nope no bug, I think you just had the focus on the "Start DataLogger" button, space will always select the current focus button or menu. Try again and let me know. thanks.
