where can I get beta 14?

 

It's posted on this thread a page or two back and in the "Evo X Logging" thread in the Evo X Engine Management forum.

I just assumed since the touchscreen is being advertised with the interface as shown in the pics that it already comes with a version of EvoScan or a gauage pack to mimick it. Is this not the case?

 

no, i dont know how to run mode23, i read the thread but its all tec talk

that is also in their too Perhaps just play with it a log more you can add big buttons and you can set them to do what ever you like. i,e start stop logging. etc.

And theres no point referring to EvoScan as "they" I am just one person, lol.

 

Not yet. Hamish will introduce that in one future sw release.
Today the interface is the one without buttons that you can see on his page

 

Is anyone else having issues with the new 2.6 Beta 14 with it intermittently crashing. Sometimes it works great, then othertimes its craching and locking up. I tried going back to 2.6 Beta 8 and 11 and same problem. This is with using OP2 cable, datalogging an EVO 8

 

trying to evoscan an evoX with the op2.0 cable.i already have 2.5 on my comp but tried dowloading beta 14 and when extracting it gives me an error message???help!!

 

Are you using vista?

You have to extract the files to a folder and then with administrative privileges copy the files into the EVOSCAN foler.

Remember, just because you have admin rights does not mean you a always running with admin privilege.
