I have hundreds of the GPS navs out there, and none have had any issues. running the battery down does nothing other than turning the switch off at the bottom. Must be a faulty sdcard slot. or faulty sdcard, can you try another sdcard? else yeah, you can send it back for a full replacement. you have my address.

Have you downloaded the latest beta on the first page? People are using the 2.0 cable now - not sure if its 100% yet but its working and people are using it.

Hamish, is beta15 a fresh install or do you need to copy the 2.5 folder and extract into it type of deal, (what we had to do with beta11)?

Maybe you need a java update? Can you provide a printscreen of your error?

I'm working with tactrix to sort out my 2.0 cable issues, must be something with my drivers since neither ecuflash nor evoscan can connect and I bought a second cable that has the same problem. My 1.3 cable works fine with each so clearly it's not the ECU/USB port itself.

Mellon, delete both files, save whatever XML files you need that you've modded somewhere else on the computer. Do a complete fresh install of EVOflash and EVOScan. I was having some issues this week too. As a last resort that is what was recommended to me and it instantly fixed the problems. It's worth a shot.

A new version of ECUFlash was released today, it includes new drivers so it may solve some issues people are having.

This is the Evoscan thread though...

My biggest issue with the beta15 is that anytime you power off the car while the car is logging it crashes the whole program while using the 2.0 cable. This should be addressed as it was not an issue on the 1.3 cable.

Right, but the new Openport 2.0 drivers may help in the issues with Evoscan.
